The symptoms appearing in this section can either be related to Juvenile Huntington's Disease, Huntington's Disease in adults, some other condition, or be caused by a side affect to medication(s).

As a parent or a caregiver you need to be aware of these symptoms in order to know how to discuss your loved ones changes in with their physician to see that the proper course of treatment can be started.

It is extremely important that you are familiar with all the possible symptoms which might be affecting the quality of life for the person with HD.  There are medications which can help control those symptoms and improve not only their quality of life, but your loved ones  relationship with others too.  Keep track of changes and discuss them with your doctor!
